Harness benchmark
We took 17 trading strategies people posted on X and typed each one into Krexa, word for word, with no editing. This page shows what the harness did with every one of them, losses included.

made money in the backtest
Most of these ideas lost money. That is the point of the harness: it tells you an idea does not work before you put money on it. A tool that turned all 17 into winners would be lying to you.
What the harness does with an idea
- Decode. It reads the idea and writes down the market, the timeframe, the entry, the exit and the stop.
- Code. It writes the agent as code and freezes it. The code that is tested is the code that trades.
- Deep test. It runs that code on real past market data, bar by bar, with trading fees and funding taken out.
- Refuse. If the idea needs data Krexa does not have, it says so and stops. It does not invent a stand-in.
- Paper, then live. A tested agent can paper trade on live prices, then trade with real money in your own wallet.
Every idea, every result
Return and drawdown are for the coded agent, after fees and funding. Open a row to read the exact text we typed.

How we ran it, and the limits
- Each idea was sent once, through the same code the app uses. The text is exactly what is in each row.
- The 17 come from a list of 25 ideas we collected from X. The other 8 are not in this run.
- The deep test uses Hyperliquid prices unless the idea names another venue. Daily ideas get up to 3 years of bars (less if the coin is younger); hourly ideas get 6 months.
- A 15-minute idea is tested on hourly bars, the finest the deep test keeps for 6 months.
- Times include waiting in line: we ran up to three ideas at once.
- A backtest is not a promise. Past results do not tell you what the market does next.
Try one yourself: paste any idea into Krexa. Want the suite run on your own list? Tell us.
